Shipping policy

Where we ship. RAYLIFT is a United States business. We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide. We do not ship to Israel.

What it costs. Free shipping to the United States on every order, with no minimum. For international orders, any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes. Orders are dispatched in 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 7 to 14 business days, to every destination we ship to, including the United States. Every order ships with tracking. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves us you get an email with a tracking number. It can take 24 to 48 hours before the carrier website starts showing movement, so please do not worry if it looks quiet at first.

Address mistakes. Please check your address before you pay. If you spot an error, email rayliftofficial@gmail.com straight away and we fix it if the parcel has not left us. Parcels that come back to us because the address was wrong, or because nobody collected them, can be sent again once you confirm a correct address.

Customs and import charges. Orders outside the United States can attract import duty or local tax. These are set by your own country, they are not part of the price you paid us, and they are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.

Lost or damaged in transit. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, email rayliftofficial@gmail.com. We replace the order or refund it.

Delays we cannot control. Weather, strikes, customs inspections and peak season can slow carriers down. When that happens we keep you updated by email.
