Welcome. This website is operated by WHITEFORD GROUP LLC, a company registered in the United States at 1910 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States, trading as RAYLIFT. Where this document says we, us or our, it means WHITEFORD GROUP LLC. Where it says you, it means the person visiting this site or placing an order. By browsing the site or buying from it you accept the terms set out below, so please read them.
1. Using this site
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to break, probe or overload it, and not to copy or resell any part of it without our written permission.
2. What we sell
RAYLIFT patches are reusable cosmetic silicone patches intended to support the appearance of the skin. They are cosmetic products. They are not a medical device, they are not a drug, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a promise of a medical result. Results differ from person to person. If you have a skin condition, an allergy, or you are pregnant, please speak to a healthcare professional before use.
3. Products, prices and availability
Prices are shown in United States dollars and can change without notice. We do our best to describe every product accurately, but colours on a screen and small production variations mean an item may look slightly different in your hands. Stock is limited and we may restrict quantities per customer or per order. We may discontinue a product at any time.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, orders that break a promotion, and orders placed at a price that was clearly wrong. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full. If we need to reach you about an order we use the email address and telephone number you gave at checkout, so please keep them accurate.
5. Payment
By entering payment details you confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method and that the details are true. Payment is processed by our payment providers and we do not store full card numbers. We may verify a payment before we ship.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are linked in the footer of this site and both form part of these terms.
7. Subscriptions and repeat orders
If you choose a plan that renews, the price and the interval are shown clearly before you pay and again in your confirmation email. You may skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing rayliftofficial@gmail.com. A cancellation applies to the next charge, not to an order that has already been billed and shipped.
8. Reviews and anything you send us
If you send us a review, a photograph, a comment or an idea, you keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to publish, edit and use it in our marketing without payment. Please only send material that is yours and that does not break anyone else's rights. We may remove anything unlawful, abusive or misleading.
9. Our content
All text, photographs, illustrations, video, design and the RAYLIFT name on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.
10. Other websites
This site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
11. Accuracy
We work hard to keep this site current, but information here may occasionally be incomplete or out of date, and we are under no obligation to update it except where the law requires. Please treat it as a general reference.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or of any product bought here, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless from any claim made by a third party because you broke these terms or broke the law.
14. If part of this is unenforceable
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is treated as removed and the rest still applies in full.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date of the last change is shown at the bottom. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
